JOB OVERVIEW

Do you have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction? We are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) employee to assist us in providing excellent customer support to our prospects and existing customers through email, live chat, and phone support.

The primary responsibilities of the individual will be to help answer prospective customers' questions as well as handle requests from existing customers through channels such as, email, live chat, social media and other marketplace platforms.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support and sales with USA English-speaking customers as well as ability to handle marketing and eCommerce order processing tasks. Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing). You will be working with multiple customer support software platforms ranging from live chat, email communication, shipping logistics tracking, order management, marketplace.
