JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support my growing UGC (User-Generated Content) business. I already have a TikTok following of 26,000+ where I create product reviews and lifestyle content, and I’ve had several viral videos. I currently work with a local client and am looking to expand into brand partnerships and more collaborations.

Because I am still new to UGC, I want to work with someone who has experience in UGC outreach and ideally can provide examples of similar work they’ve done in the past. If you are knowledgeable in UGC processes, outreach strategies, or have helped creators before, that will be a huge plus.

Your main role will be helping me find opportunities, reach out to businesses, and apply for UGC jobs so I can focus on creating content.

? Responsibilities:
• Research & Data Gathering
• Find unique hotels in Colorado and nearby areas (not large chains).
• Collect contact info (emails, phone numbers, websites).
• Identify marketing decision-makers on LinkedIn.
• Outreach Support
• Personalize outreach emails using templates I’ll provide.
• Include relevant examples of my UGC work when reaching out to businesses.
• Help me connect with local businesses that fit my content style.
• UGC Job Applications
• Monitor UGC platforms I’m signed up for and apply to relevant jobs.
• Comment on Twitter, Reddit, and other social platforms with my portfolio link.
• Prioritize lifestyle, kids, perfumes, beauty, and entertainment opportunities.
• Social Media Engagement
• Find and comment on UGC job posts to increase visibility.
• Suggest new opportunities or strategies to reach more brands.

• Previous experience with UGC outreach, lead generation, or creator support.
• Must be able to show examples of UGC outreach work you’ve done before.
• Excellent written English for professional communication.
• Research and organization skills (Google Sheets, LinkedIn, social media).
• Proactive and resourceful — I want someone who can guide me as I grow.
