We're looking for a highly motivated Solar Telemarketing Specialist to join our fully remote team. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to be a key player in the clean energy revolution.

About the Role:
As a Telemarketing Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary goal is to make outbound calls, engage with prospects, and book qualified appointments for our sales team. We provide you with leads, a supportive environment, and all the tools you need to succeed. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
*Conduct outbound calls to provided leads.

*Educate prospects on the benefits of switching to solar energy.

*Skillfully handle objections and qualify leads.

*Set and confirm appointments for our sales team.

*Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

*Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.

Your Qualifications
*Proven experience (1+ year) in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting ( Solar industry exp. is a plus! )

*Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

*A confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence.

*Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

*Highly organized and reliable.

*Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Monthly Pay: We offer a base salary of $500 per month, paid bi-weekly.

Performance-Based Bonuses:

Per-Appointment Bonus: Earn $25 for every confirmed demo you book.

Weekly Bonus Structure:

3 Demos: $25

5 Demos: $50

7 Demos: $100

Monthly Bonus Structure:

8 Demos: $100

11 Demos: $200

14 Demos: $300

17 Demos: $400

20+ Demos: $750
