Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Care Associate to join our team. As the voice of House of Noa, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email

Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, and policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Process exchanges, returns, and warranty claims in accordance with company guidelines.

Collaborate with operations, fulfillment, and product teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution.

Document and track customer interactions to identify trends and provide feedback to leadership.

Advocate for the customer by sharing insights to help improve products, policies, and processes.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of House of Noa products, brand voice, and customer experience standards.

Qualifications

1–3 years of customer service, retail, or e-commerce support experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving.

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems, help desk software, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk a plus).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Passion for design, home, and family-oriented products is a plus.
