We’re looking for a highly creative and results-driven Content Director to lead our content strategy and oversee all aspects of content production. In this role, you’ll manage our content team, drive audience growth, and create engaging, high-performing content across YouTube, social media, and other digital platforms.
**Must have social media experience within a high ticket coaching industry. No exceptions.**
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Proven experience as a Content Director, Content Manager, or similar role
-Strong background in video content production, especially for YouTube and social media
-Understanding of audience psychology, storytelling, and platform algorithms
-Experience managing a creative team and collaborating cross-functionally
-Proficiency in analytics tools to measure content performance
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Lead & Manage the Team – Oversee and manage our editor and collaborate with other creative tea
*Content Strategy & Ideation – Develop and execute innovative content ideas for YouTube videos, reels, shorts, podcasts, and other digital formats.
*Performance Ownership – Take full responsibility for content performance, including:
>Thumbnail and title effectiveness
>YouTube video views and subscriber growth
>Social media reel performance and follower growth
*Audience Growth & Engagement – Use analytics to identify trends, optimize content strategies, and increase reach across all platforms.
*Cross-Platform Distribution – Ensure content is repurposed and maximized across different platforms to achieve maximum visibility.
*Brand Consistency – Maintain a consistent voice, visual style, and messaging across all content.
*Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand goals and campaign strategies.
*Reporting & Analytics – Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
