Virtual Receptionist (Backup & After-Hours)

About Us: Idiart Law Group is a U.S.-based law firm helping injured and disabled clients with compassion and excellence. We are expanding our team with virtual receptionists who will handle calls and assist with administrative tasks when call volume is low.

Position Overview: We are seeking two reliable and professional virtual receptionists. You will answer incoming calls, greet clients warmly, transfer calls/messages, and support our intake process. When phones are quiet, you will assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and other assigned projects.

Shift Schedule (Pacific Standard Time):
Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST
Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM PST
Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist with new client intakes as needed.
• Take accurate messages and forward them promptly.
• Provide backup coverage when the main receptionist is unavailable.
• Perform administrative tasks during low call volume (data entry, document formatting, and other assigned projects).
• Follow call-handling scripts and processes consistently.

Requirements:
• Prior experience as a receptionist, call center agent, or phone-based customer service. Legal experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Ability to handle clients with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable balancing phones with other office/admin work.
