Ward Wrestling Media is a sports-focused media company specializing in photography, creative content, and capturing memorable ---------- nts for athletes, teams, and events. We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant – Photo Editor to support our growing volume of photography projects.

Position Overview
The Photo Editor will work remotely to edit photos after shoots, ensuring high-quality images are delivered for both digital and print use. This role requires strong technical skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, with an eye for detail, creativity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Edit and retouch images from photoshoots using Lightroom and Photoshop.

Perform color correction, exposure adjustments, and image enhancements.

Retouch images as needed (skin touch-ups, background cleanup, sharpening, etc.).

Prepare images in formats suitable for digital use (social media, online galleries) and print.

Deliver edited photos within agreed timelines.

Collaborate with Dan Ward to ensure editing style and workflow match brand standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

Strong understanding of photo editing, color correction, and retouching techniques.

Experience preparing images for both digital platforms and print.

Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Prior experience editing sports photography is a plus but not required.
