JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities

Process and place material and product orders according to project requirements.
Monitor and track order status, delivery schedules, and lead times, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update budget spreadsheets, cost breakdowns, and procurement records.
Prepare, update, and organize proposal lists for client approvals.
Work closely with the Procurement Manager to provide regular progress updates.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal design teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Assist with recordkeeping of purchase orders, invoices, and material samples for easy reference and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Interior Design, or related field).
At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Background in the interior design or construction industry is a plus.
