Marketing and Customer Support Assistant

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company operating across TikTok Shop, Meta, and our direct-to-consumer channels. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily operations, manage creator communities, and keep our marketing and reporting systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

-TikTok Shop Management
-Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally
-Support campaign setup and monitoring within TikTok Shop
-TikTok Affiliate Community Management
-Maintain relationships with TikTok affiliates, ensuring engagement and performance
-Share updates, answer questions, and provide support to drive affiliate sales
-Performance Tracking & Reporting
-Update and maintain performance spreadsheets (sales, ads, campaigns)
-Export, clean, and sort reports from TikTok, Meta, and other platforms
-Advertising & Marketing Support
-Upload and organize ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
-Assist with campaign monitoring and performance checks
-Email Marketing
-Support the creation and scheduling of marketing emails (using tools like Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
-Ensure emails are properly formatted, tested, and aligned with campaigns

Requirements
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and basic reporting
-Experience with TikTok Shop and/or TikTok affiliate management is a plus
-Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager preferred
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem-solving
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
