JOB OVERVIEW

Job description:
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant with a strong background in project management and organizational skills to support our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing and organizing projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that all projects are well-planned, efficiently executed, and completed on time, while also providing essential administrative support to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Field Employees – relay job policies, coordinate job assignments/schedules, and updates to field employees.
- Field Support – handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from Spanish speaking employees.
- Translation & Interpretation – translate needed documents, emails, and messages to Spanish.
- Follow-up & Reminders – Ensure field employees meet deadlines by sending reminders and follow-ups.
- Assist employee, answering inquiries, and providing solutions via email, chat, or phone in Spanish.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and onboarding in Spanish.
- Assist with various tasks for employees, as needed.
- General Administrative Tasks – handle emails, file organization, and other office duties


Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also preferred.
Proven experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Dashpro, ---------- ,Slack) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.
A reliable internet connection and a computer to perform work duties.
A proactive, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
