We're seeking a creative powerhouse who can produce high-converting ad creatives for our media buying team in the Insurance vertical.

What You'll Be Creating:

Generate daily ad creatives (UGC-style + AI-powered)
Research competitor strategies + identify winning hooks & messaging
Leverage AI platforms (Runway, MidJourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) for rapid video, VO, and creative variations
Write, edit & produce ready-to-launch ads that media buyers can scale instantly
Maintain creative assets in organized Google Drive + tracking spreadsheets
Collaborate actively on Slack (Media Buyers + Creative Team + Operations)

Your Background:

Demonstrated success creating video + static ads for paid social campaigns
Proficient with AI creative platforms (video generation, imagery, voiceover)
Expert at analyzing + adapting high-performing campaigns
Strong communicator who excels in dynamic, results-driven environments
Preferred: Experience in affiliate marketing / performance advertising
