Hiring: HR Specialist (Flexible hours)

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to help us source and recruit top candidates for the following roles:

Graphic Designer
UI/UX Designer
Marketing Manager

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of HR/recruitment experience (no entry-level applicants, only if you have relevant HR experience pls)
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills. Can speak English well. Plus points if you worked with marketing agencies before supporting finance/crypto projects.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
