AI Agent Expert - Legal Billing Review

We are seeking an AI Agent Expert to help finalize and deploy a custom automation for our law firm’s billing process.

The project involves building an AI agent that reviews time entries in Bill4Time, ensures they comply with our firm’s written standards, and makes adjustments as needed.

Responsibilities of the AI Agent:
- Review an invoice
- Scan all time entries
- If an entry has an error or needs an update, open the entry
- Edit the text to adjust to firm standards
- Click save to complete the update
- Continue reviewing all time entries within the invoice
- Make any further changes as needed
- Continue through all entries within invoice
- If no more edits are required, finalize the invoice (finalizing an invoice brings it to the next invoice)
- Repeat the reviewal process until each invoice is updated in the Invoice Batch
- Notify me once all the changes are completed
- Record all changes made in an external log for my review

We have a preliminary version of this AI agent drafted, along with detailed firm standards. The right candidate will have experience in AI automation and process optimization, can learn quickly, and will ensure a reliable, error-free setup.

This is a focused project that should not take long, but accuracy and precision are critical.
