Contribute to AI pipelines (prompting, evaluation, embeddings, LLM agents)

--- MUST HAVES ?

2+ years Airtable (preferably more); not basic — real systems at scale

Hands-on n8n and Make experience (daily driver level)

Comfortable with JavaScript, Python, Airtable Scripts, JSON

CRM logic fluency (pipelines, SLAs, lifecycle states, permissions)

Habit of documenting, testing, and monitoring automations

Reporting chops: rollups, interfaces, Looker/Data Studio, KPI design

Data migration, cleanup, and schema design in Airtable

Experience in legal, professional services, or high-SLA environments

AI integration familiarity: RAG, vector DBs, evals, function calling
