YouTube Video Editor – Documentary Style (Long-Term Work)

We are looking for a reliable video editor to join our team for a UK-based YouTube channel focused on crime and documentary content.

What you’ll do:

Edit YouTube videos (7–10 minutes each).

Sync provided voiceover with visuals.

Add stock footage, images, and smooth transitions.

Keep style simple and documentary-like (no flashy effects, no captions).

Deliver in 1080p MP4 format.

What we provide:

Script and voiceover.

Articles, images, and reference material.

Clear editing guidelines and feedback.

Requirements:

Experience editing YouTube or documentary-style videos.

Can use CapCut Desktop (preferred), Premiere, or DaVinci.

Good English comprehension.

Able to meet deadlines.

Willing to learn from training materials (courses provided).

Pay & Growth:

Starting pay: $7 per 7–10 min video (equivalent to around $2/hr).

1–2 videos per week during training, scaling to 3+ videos/week.

Pay increases as performance improves.

Long-term role with consistent work.
