Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and support several eCommerce stores. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
-Respond to customer emails clearly, accurately, and within 24 hours.
-Provide information on products, orders, returns, and general inquiries.
-Use Shopify and other eCommerce tools to manage customer requests.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing solutions.
-Work closely with the team to improve workflows and processes.

Requirements
-Proven experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce.
-Knowledge of Shopify and common eCommerce operations.
-Strong written communication skills in English.
-Availability every day for at least 1 hour.
-Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
-Flexible and consistent in meeting deadlines and commitments.
-Passing a minor test to check basic knowledge
