Outbound VA Setter on IG & FB

???? What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be my right hand inside the DMs — your job is to:

• Start new conversations daily with people who follow, engage, or interact with my content
• Send 300–500 messages/day using pre-written scripts (no guesswork)
• Follow up with existing leads to keep convos warm
• Engage with audience accounts (like/react to stories, posts, etc.) to spark interest
• Track and manage convos using a basic system (you’ll get full training)

This is NOT a sales role — your job is to build rapport andstart conversations with potential prospects and pass them over the DM setter who will book the qualified leads into a calendar.

• Are fluent in English (written) and can type fast
• Are reliable, consistent, and self-motivated
• Can follow instructions and adapt to feedback quickly
• Love speaking to people and aren’t afraid to start 100+ conversations a day
