We are looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist that is confident in launching campaigns and navigating Meta Ads Manager without hand-holding.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Confidently use Meta Ads Manager to set up and launch ad campaigns
Set up the correct placements, budgets, and audience targeting
Follow clear SOPs and instructions provided
Communicate regularly with our team

Requirements:
- reliable, punctual, and honest.
- good communication skills and ability to work independently
- excellent attention to details
- you must follow the SOPs of the tasks 100% closely
- you must have a good understanding of Launching Ad campaigns
- communication via instant messenger (Mattermost) and voice/video calls (Google Meet), Dropbox for training files
- comfortable in using CRM and internal systems.
- comfortable with time tracking (we use Hubstaff)
- reliable internet connection (atleast 10mbps): please include the link to your speedtest result on your cover letter.
