? Your Main Responsibilities

Receive raw footage in batches and edit into 15-second, sales-focused TikTok videos

Edit exclusively with CapCut (mobile or desktop)

Research trending TikTok content, especially in affiliate and product niches

Use trending sounds + Eleven Labs AI voiceovers to craft high-converting edits

Produce 20 edited videos per day (no filming required, content provided)

Continuously optimize style based on performance data + TikTok trends

Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)

Strong knowledge of TikTok trends + TikTok Shop ecosystem

Ability to match existing video styles and stay consistent with edits

Excellent English & communication skills

Reliable internet connection

Can work quickly and meet daily output targets (20 videos/day)
