JOB OVERVIEW

We are an established yet rapidly growing e-commerce brand operating in both B2B and B2C markets. We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Team Lead to manage our remote team of Virtual Assistants who handle influencer outreach.

Your mission is to lead the team, optimize our outreach strategy, and secure high-impact partnerships with creators who reach both individual consumers and business professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage & Mentor VA Team: Lead a remote team of outreach VAs. Set clear KPIs, track performance, and provide guidance to ensure goals are met.
2. Optimize Outreach Strategy: Refine outreach processes and messaging to maximize response rates from both B2B and B2C influencers.
3. Secure Key Partnerships: Personally identify, contact, and negotiate with high-impact influencers relevant to our e-commerce niche.
4. Monitor Industry Trends: Identify emerging creators and new collaboration opportunities in the B2B and B2C e-commerce space.
5. Report on Performance: Analyze team and campaign data, reporting on key insights and results.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience leading a remote team, especially VAs or outreach specialists.
2. Deep expertise in influencer marketing, from strategy to negotiation, within an e-commerce context.
3. Strong ability to set and use KPIs to drive performance.
4. Excellent communication skills for managing a team and building partner relationships.
5. Experience with influencers targeting both consumers (B2C) and business owners (B2B) is a major plus.
