JOB OVERVIEW

Job Type:

Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)
Long-term opportunity

About the Channel

I run a faceless YouTube channel where we explain health in a witty, animated way.

Videos are 3–5 minutes long, 2x per week, using scripted narration, cartoon-style animation, and custom voice-over.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help animate episodes using tools like Vyond (or similar). Tasks include:
• Creating animated scenes based on a script and scene direction
• Syncing voice-over to characters (lip-sync + expressions)
• Adding background music and sound effects
• Exporting clean 1080p video for YouTube
• Optional: creating thumbnails or uploading to YouTube

Requirements:
• Experience with 2D animation tools (like Vyond, Animaker, Toonly, or similar) - please include samples
• Fluent in English (scripts are clever and timing matters)
• Ability to sync voice-over to character lip movement
• Good eye for humor, visual storytelling, and clean design
• Comfortable following a script + visual guide
• Bonus: Experience with YouTube SEO, titles, descriptions, and upload optimization
• Bonus: Knows how to read basic analytics and recommend content strategy improvements

Pay:
• Starting at $30–$40 per video
• Weekly payments
• Raises and more hours as the channel grows ????
• Higher rates possible if you bring YouTube SEO/channel strategy skills

How to Apply:

Please send:
1. A short intro — who you are and what animation tools you use
2. Links to 2–3 animated videos you’ve created
3. How many hours/week you’re available

Paid Challenge:

Shortlisted applicants will receive a paid test challenge:
You’ll be given a short script + voice-over and asked to create 1–2 sample scenes.
This helps us both see if we’re a good fit in style and quality.

If it works well, you’ll start with 2 videos/week ongoing and grow with the channel.
