Location: Remote (Global – must have reliable internet and computer)

Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Attorney who is spiritually grounded and committed to serving the body of Christ through their legal and administrative expertise. The Attorney will act as a liaison between Church Admin and U.S.-based legal partners, assist with compliance and risk management, and support churches and nonprofits with legal and policy guidance. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, strong faith, and a heart for serving Christian organizations.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as liaison between Church Admin and U.S.-based legal firms.
-Review, draft, and update policies and procedures (HR, Finance, Business Operations, Children’s Ministry, etc.).
-Provide compliance support for churches and nonprofits, including insurance, Secretary of State filings, federal and tax regulations.
-Meet with church and nonprofit leadership to advise on compliance, risk, and policy-related matters.
-Conduct research on laws and regulations relevant to nonprofit and church operations.
-Support leadership in reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
-Ensure Church Admin policies and client policies remain legally sound and aligned with best practices.
-Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Insurance, Operations) to ensure compliance is integrated across all services.
-Provide training and guidance to staff and clients on compliance and policy updates as needed.
Qualifications
-Licensed attorney in good standing in their state/country.
-Regular attendee of a Christian church and committed to a personal walk with Christ.
-Strong understanding of nonprofit and/or church governance preferred.
-Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
-Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain legal concepts clearly.
-Comfortable working remotely with a global team.
-Must have: fast and reliable internet, modern computer capable of handling video calls and document review.
