General Virtual Assistant (Remote VA)

General VA – FB Manager & Appointment Setter (Remote, PH)
Company: Next Level Fathers
Compensation: $6 USD/hour (40 hrs/week) + closed client bonus
Schedule: 6:00 AM–1:00 PM PH Time Weekdays (6AM-10AM is fixed--otherwise can be flexible for 40 hours/week)
Type: Long-term, full-time
Platforms: Slack, Notion, Meta Facebook and Instagram, Google Sheets, Loom, (nice-to-have: GoHighLevel and Airtable)

Job Overview
We are a startup that runs a mastermind for dentists who want to make a drastic transformation for their family, faith, and fitness.
We are looking for a VA who can manage our Facebook group/s and book qualified sales calls through that platform. You will be engaging with leads and convert these conversations into booked appointments.
If you are a strong communicator, highly organized, and have experience in fitness sales/lead generation, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
Manage Facebook Group join requests
Record approved member data in Google Sheets: name, male dentist verification, pain points, degree (DMD/DDS), practice type, location, email
DM new/qualified members using our scripts; progress conversations toward watching VSL
(After VSL) Move leads into GoHighLevel as contacts and book appointments there
Keep lead data and conversation outcomes up to date on the notes
Report metrics and updates (clocking in, breaks, meetings, etc) to team via Slack

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English
Attention to detail (spelling, names, credentials)
Reliable: on time at 6:00 AM PH and reports updates daily
Coachable: follows scripts and then improves with feedback
Experience with Facebook DMs, Slack, Google Sheets, Loom, and basic Powerpoint (other equivalent program).
Preferred but not required: GoHighLevel and Airtable experience

Work Schedule
6 AM - 1 PM PH Time (6 PM - 1 AM EST)
Monday to Friday


Compensation
$6 USD/hour, 40 hours/week.
Performance bonuses for qualified leads who show up to calls
Miscellaneous (US holiday leaves, PTOs, etc)
