The Role:

We are looking for a Product Upload & Content Improvement Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is focused on ensuring that every product listed on ---------- is presented to the highest possible standard.

You will play a key role in:
- Uploading new products to the website.
- Enhancing product listings with complete, accurate, and engaging descriptions.
- Structuring content with clear headings, bullet points, and formatting for easy reading.
- Assigning correct categories and attributes to ensure customers can filter and find products intuitively.
- Helping to create a consistent and premium shopping experience across a large marketplace with data from multiple sellers.

This is not just about uploading products quickly—it’s about ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy across every product page.

Key Responsibilities:
- Upload products to ---------- using internal systems.
- Review and improve product titles, descriptions, and specifications.
- Add attributes (size, colour, material, etc.) to enhance filtering options.
- Ensure products are placed in the correct categories using our taxonomy.
- Apply formatting standards (headings, bullet points, and other formatting where required) to ensure readability.
- Check all product information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with the content team to follow style and quality guidelines.

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written English and ability to write clear, structured product descriptions.
- Previous experience with e-commerce product upload/content management preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and handling structured data.
- Ability to follow workflows and maintain consistency across a large dataset.
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently to deadlines.
