This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on supporting project scoping, proposal development, and CRM management. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to grow into a client-facing role over time.
What You’ll Do
- Project Scoping: Collaborate with Account Executives to capture client requirements, gather documentation (e.g., commission plans), and outline project scope.
- Proposal Support: Draft proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and supporting materials that clearly communicate our approach, timelines, and value.
- CRM & Process Management: Keep our CRM accurate and up to date with client activities, opportunities, and pipeline stages.
- Excel & Process Work: Use Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, calculations, and tracking inputs to support proposals and project scoping.
- Research & Documentation: Compile background research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform proposals.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Executives to prepare for client meetings, including building agendas, summarizing discussions, and documenting next steps.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a sales support, business operations, project coordination, ideally with exposure to the US tech industry
- Strong writing and communication skills — able to distill complex information into clear, concise, client-friendly language
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (comfortable with formulas, lookups, pivots)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Interest in SaaS, sales operations, or incentive compensation is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and eagerness to learn
