???? Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Remote – U.S. Radio Communications Company (Night Shift PH)
???? Salary: Starting at $800–$1,000/month USD + Uncapped Commissions (2% per sale)
???? Location: Work from Home (Philippines or international candidates welcome)
???? Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central U.S. Time (Night Shift PH)
???? On-Target Earnings: $1,500–$2,000+ USD/month for high performers

BridgeCom Systems is hiring a driven and coachable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing global team. You’ll be working from home, helping warm leads and interested customers learn about our plug-and-play radio solutions.
This is not a call center job. You’ll be representing a real U.S. company with real customers and building real relationships. Your job will be to connect, follow up, and close sales over the phone, email, and text using our scripts and proven system.
You’ll receive world-class sales training through Cardone University and daily mentorship. If you’re hungry, coachable, and ready to change your life, this is the career for you.

???? Key Responsibilities
? Call and follow up with warm leads and existing prospects
? Use scripts to guide conversations and close sales
? Send quotes, follow up by text/email, and update the CRM (we use HubSpot)
? Learn and speak confidently about our radio products (training provided)
? Log your activities and hit daily targets (calls, sales, follow-ups)
? Work closely with U.S. teammates for support and coaching

???? Requirements
?? Excellent spoken and written English
?? Sales experience preferred (2-3 year outbound/inbound)
?? Friendly, confident voice and good phone presence
?? High-speed internet (min. 10 Mbps) + backup power
?? Quiet work environment, noise-canceling headset
?? Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
?? Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)

?? Tech-savvy and comfortable using web tools and scripts
?? Willingness to learn about Ham Radio and our industry
?? Experienced in radio communications systems and technical support

A fast, reliable wired internet connection


Backup power (UPS or generator preferred)


Quiet workspace free from distractions


A working headset with clear audio


A Windows or Mac computer capable of running multiple apps
