Website Redesign Expert

Job Description:

We are a boutique U.S.-based law firm seeking a talented website specialist to redesign and implement a new look and feel for our existing website. We want a modern, professional design that aligns with our firm’s branding and user experience goals. This role also includes migrating our current Elementor-built site into a simpler, more efficient WordPress editing platform that’s easier for our internal team to update.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review our existing site design and propose updated layouts and user experience improvements.
- Implement the approved website design on WordPress, ensuring it is responsive and optimized for performance.
- Convert current Elementor-based pages to a user-friendly page builder or native WordPress design tools.
- Work collaboratively with our SEO coordinator and internal designer to ensure seamless integration of design and search engine best practices.
- Provide basic training or documentation for our team to maintain the site moving forward.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in WordPress design and development (please provide examples of law firm or professional services websites you have built or redesigned).
- Strong understanding of WordPress page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, or other tools).
- Solid grasp of responsive design, UX best practices, and SEO-friendly site structure.
- Ability to work with an existing brand identity and deliver a polished, professional website.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a remote team.
- Experience designing law firm or professional services websites is preferred and will be prioritized when reviewing applicants.

Project Details:

- This is a one-time gig project with the potential for additional ongoing work.
- Flexible working hours, but must be available for collaboration with our U.S.-based team (Eastern Time).
