Expert Video Editor for YouTube

Creator Agents is a fast-growing agency helping real estate professionals and content creators dominate YouTube with high-quality, long-form video content. We manage everything from editing to thumbnails, strategy, and channel growth.

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple creators and help produce content that reaches thousands of viewers every week.

Responsibilities
Edit and deliver 3 long-form YouTube videos per week (10–15 minutes each).
Work with multiple creators, adapting to different styles and brand voices.
Incorporate b-roll, graphics, subtitles, and sound design to create engaging content.
Follow provided frameworks and SOPs to ensure consistency.
Communicate with project managers and team leads to hit deadlines.
Maintain file organization, version control, and quality standards.

Requirements
Proven experience editing long-form YouTube content (portfolio required).
Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
Ability to adapt to different creator styles and tones.
Knowledge of pacing, storytelling, and retention tactics for YouTube.
Reliable and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced team environment.
