Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote, M–F, 9–5 EST)

About Us
We are a growing digital marketing agency specializing in data-driven campaigns and performance optimization for a wide range of clients. Our work spans across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic display, lead management, and custom analytics dashboards. We’re looking for a reliable part-time team member to work with us daily during U.S. East Coast hours.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong technical and analytical skills. You’ll support our team with campaign builds, tracking, reporting, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate is comfortable in multiple platforms, works independently, and communicates clearly in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
• Google Tag Manager & Conversion Tracking
• Implement and troubleshoot tracking setups across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify.
• Ensure accurate event/conversion reporting in GA4 and ad platforms.
• TapClicks Dashboard Setup & Management
• Build and maintain client dashboards.
• Audit data connections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Zapier Automation (Lead Management)
• Create and manage Zaps for lead flow integrations.
• Monitor and optimize workflows for reliability.
• Ad Creative & Campaign Support
• Assist with display and Meta ad builds (we use Creatopy).
• Set up campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including audience targeting and budget allocation.

Qualifications
• Proven experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup.
• Experience with TapClicks or similar dashboard/reporting platforms.
• Familiarity with Zapier (or equivalent automation tools).
• Basic design/creative production experience a plus (Creatopy, Canva, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work daily during 9–5 EST (part-time hours within this window).
