Email Customer Support Specialist

I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to take over my email customer support for a growing e-commerce fashion brand.

The main tasks include:

Responding to customer emails in German in a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented way

Handling requests regarding returns, refunds, and order status

Following predefined templates and guidelines while also adapting answers individually when needed

Ensuring fast response times and clear, customer-focused communication

Requirements:

Excellent written German skills (native or near-native level)

Experience in customer support, ideally in e-commerce / fashion

Ability to work independently and reliably

Familiarity with Shopify is a plus

This is an ongoing role, as I want someone who can continuously manage customer communication and help maintain excellent service standards for my fashion brand.
