Social Media Manager/Assistant

We are looking for a Social Media Manager/Assistant to grow our brand online, manage posting schedules, and generate leads. You’ll follow a set content calendar while making sure our fitness platforms stay active, engaging, and on-brand.

Responsibilities:

Plan & schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Skool

Engage with comments & DMs

Track weekly KPIs and provide growth reports

Work with designers/editors to create branded content

Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media management

Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools

Basic graphic editing

Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM tools) is a plus

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Bonus: Passion for fitness, wellness, or community engagement

Position Details:

Part-time to start, with potential to grow into a larger role

Remote-friendly with flexible hours
