Virtual Assistant for Customer Support and Order Operations (Fantasy Art)

Overview:
We run an e-commerce art business that creates fantasy character portraits for customers on Etsy and Shopify.
This is NOT a simple call center or data-entry job. The work is hands-on, creative, and detail-heavy.
You’ll be switching between customer communication, AI image generation, and order organization every day.
If you prefer passive, repetitive work, this is not the right role.

We’re looking for a long-term virtual assistant who’s proactive, organized, and comfortable learning new tools and creative workflows.

Core Responsibilities

- Reply to Etsy and Shopify customer messages in a friendly, professional tone
- Take full screenshots of message threads (Etsy or email) and organize them in Google Drive and Sheets
- Upload customer references and key order details into shared Drive folders
- Generate and review AI character portraits for quality and accuracy based on customer notes
(Training provided for all image-generation tools and review processes)

Requirements:
- Strong English skills (written and spoken) for video meetings
- Extremely high attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
- Familiarity with Google Drive (folders), Google Sheets, and ----------
- Comfortable learning and using AI tools like ChatGPT for writing and workflow support
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently
- Must mention the word artichoke in your video application for attention to detail
- Attend daily and weekly video calls for training and coordination

Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience managing Etsy or Shopify orders
- Familiarity with D&D, fantasy art, or character-based projects
- Background in customer support or virtual assistant work

Compensation and Perks:
$3.70 USD/hour
Paid training and onboarding (training rate: $3/hour (first 1.5 to 2 weeks only))
Flexible hours after onboarding
Long-term -> increased pay and more responsibility
