About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional with proven success in phone-based sales and cold calling within the finance, investment, or trading industries. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and thrives in building relationships with high-value prospects while closing deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively source, contact, and qualify leads through outbound cold calls, emails, and networking.
* Present and promote financial products, trading solutions, or investment services to prospective clients.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing leads from initial outreach to closing.
* Understand client needs and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, compelling manner.
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
* Stay updated on market trends, trading products, and competitor offerings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of sales experience, with a focus on phone-based selling and cold calling.
* Background in finance, investments, or trading (B2B or B2C).
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling objections.
