Land Acquisitions Manager

We’re a fast-growing land investment company buying off-market vacant land across the U.S. We help landowners sell quickly and simply, and we’re looking for a motivated Acquisitions Manager to drive our deal flow.
**We are looking for an individual who can speak near perfect or perfect English, with very little to no accent. This position requires you to speak to 20-40+ people from the U.S. every day. You must have an outgoing personality.**

Position: Full-time, remote
Hours: 40 hrs/week, U.S. business hours (EST)
What You’ll Do:
• Speak with landowners who have expressed interesting in selling, build rapport, and qualify leads
• Negotiate purchase prices based on company buying criteria
• Follow up with warm leads to close deals
• Input and manage lead data in our CRM (Airtable)
• Work with CEO and Dispositions team to ensure smooth closings
Who You Are:
• Excellent spoken and written English (United States accent preferred)
• Friendly, confident, and great at building relationships over the phone
• Comfortable with calls, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Requirements:
• Fast, reliable internet + quiet workspace
• Clear headset/mic and computer
• Airtable CRM experience preferred
• Sales/real estate/land experience a plus
• Willingness to learn and grow
