Customer Service Representative / Online Store Manager

Looking for a customer service representative that can handle replying to customer emails for my e-commerce website. You must be able to dedicate 2-3 hours per day to handling customer inquiries such as: Providing tracking updates, issuing customer order refunds, cancelling customer recurring subscriptions, etc

Representative MUST be familiar with Shopify (please do not apply if you've never worked on Shopify and don't know how to navigate around the software)
