Online Sales Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• An experience in working in sales from BPO company is an advantage.
• At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in an Online Sales and Account Management experience in an advertising, outsourcing, marketing and online company.
• Self-management skills and Strong individual motivation
• Should be autonomous, resourceful and well organized
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills is a must
• Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment
• Proficient skills in using office applications such as Word, Spreadsheet and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.


MAJOR ACTIONS (What you do?)
• Achieving the sales targets and productivity.
• Familiar with CRM’s such as Salesforce.
• Building a customer profile by researching .
• Maintain a relationship with the customer. Includes providing assistance to customer inquiries and request which also includes answering queries from potential customers then turning them into purchasing customers.
• Sending promotional emails to customers and speaking with them on Skype and other mobile devices
• Provide feedback to other departments in the company.
• Be able to generate leads to closing them.
