Virtual Assitant

? Virtual Assistant (2–5 hrs/week) – Creative Projects + AI Support

I’m Madam Parker, an international music artist and founder of Paenga Kore Collective Ltd in Aotearoa (NZ). I run multiple projects across music, wellness, and media and need a proactive Virtual Assistant to help with light admin, project support, and AI/bot integration.

Tasks: Assist with proposals/funding apps (via ChatGPT outputs), organise docs, manage light email/calendar, research funding, and track project tasks. Future growth into bookkeeping/accounting as my projects expand.

You: Based in the Philippines, reliable, detail-oriented, strong English, and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello/Notion, and AI platforms. Bonus if you have accounting skills.

Hours & Pay: 2–5 hours/week to start, USD $5–8/hr, flexible schedule, with potential to grow.
