Role Snapshot
Help turn strategy into clean execution: social content, Canva design, scheduling through HighLevel, simple email campaigns, basic Meta ads support, tidy reporting, and accurate data entry. Start at 5–10 hours per week with room to grow.

You may handle tasks such as:

- Social media: draft short captions, create simple Canva graphics, schedule posts (FB/IG/Google Business) through HighLevel, and repurpose content.
- Meta/FB ads (support): assist with ad copy and simple visuals; ads experience is optional and trainable.
- Email marketing: set up basic campaigns/flows and format templates in HighLevel.
- Data entry & reporting: enter attendee information after events, update the CRM, input monthly metrics into reporting sheets, and keep calendars organized.

Must-haves

- Strong written English and attention to detail
- Canva proficiency and solid social platform know-how
- Basic knowledge of HighLevel (GoHighLevel)
- Availability for 1–2 hours overlap in America/Chicago (CST/CDT) at least once per week
- Reliable internet and a work setup for deadlines

Compensation & Payment
Independent contractor, $6.50–$7.50/hour to start (5–10 hrs/week), paid via EasyPay (Payoneer/PayPal) weekly or biweekly as agreed. 60-day review based on KPIs (accuracy, on-time delivery, quality, communication).
