The Nonprofit Guy (NPG) is looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Creative Specialist to join our growing team. We work with nonprofit founders and leaders to provide coaching, trainings, and resources that help them launch and scale their organizations, and visual presentation is a huge part of how we deliver value. We need someone who can design polished, professional materials that reflect our brand and make a strong impression on our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating flyers, social graphics, and event promotions for nonprofit trainings and programs. You will design PDF workbooks, guides, and resource documents for clients and community members, as well as visually compelling pitch decks and slide presentations for virtual trainings, webinars, and high-ticket offers. All designs must be consistent with The Nonprofit Guy brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, and tone. You will collaborate directly with leadership to bring creative ideas to life, manage multiple design projects at once, and ensure on-time delivery with a high level of attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in graphic design and strong skills in tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms. You should be confident in creating professional documents, workbooks, and PDF resources, and able to translate complex information into clean, visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects with quick turnaround times, while also bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.
Bonus points if you have experience designing for coaching, education, or nonprofit organizations, or if you can create layouts and graphics for social media promotion. Familiarity with creating brand kits or templates is also a plus.
This is a remote position that offers flexible work hours, opportunities for long-term growth, and the chance to be part of an impact-driven brand. Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their design ability—this should include examples of flyers, PDF documents, pitch decks, or other relevant creative work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
If you are excited about using your design skills to support nonprofit leaders, we’d love to hear from you.
