We are a fast-growing property management business based in Australia, currently seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to support the leadership of our sister company, MilestonePG.
MilestonePG is a specialist property group with a strong reputation in off-the-plan project marketing, sales and property management. They assist some of Queensland’s leading developers through the initial design phase, through pre-sales, construction and settlement. They are a small and dynamic team, passionate about delivering results and providing strategic support to developers, agents and buyers across the property journey.
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the COO, with additional assistance to the Founder & Managing Director, as required. This role will be part-time to begin with, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
The EA will focus on administration and marketing support, ensuring smooth operations across our projects and internal team processes. This is a remote (offshore) position, requiring excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative support to key business personnel.
-Maintain and update project price lists.
-Assist with preparation and management of property marketing items.
-Coordinate diary and meeting room bookings for the Milestone head office inBrisbane, Australia (via online calendars).
-Coordinate and produce
-Manage and update the MilestonePG agent portal, ensuring accuracy of marketing materials and sales data available to any external party.
-Prepare end of month activity and marketing reports for various stakeholders.
-Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, accurately and within deadlines.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally within the property industry.
-Strong understanding of the property process, with prior experience in off-the-plan property sales (Queensland, Australia preferred).
-Proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems,
-Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Must have own computer and reliable internet connection.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 11:00AM to 3:00PM AEST, Brisbane Australia (flexible within reason). This is a part-time role to start, ideally 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.
