We’re looking for a Finance Manager who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. This role is critical in driving financial planning, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis, while also supporting cost optimization in our logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Develop and maintain pricing models for logistics and supply chain services.

Conduct profitability and margin analysis across clients, services, and regions.

Benchmark pricing and costs against competitors and industry standards.

Partner with logistics and operations teams to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

Support CFO with financial analysis, strategic planning, and board reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance roles (with pricing, costing, and profitability exposure).

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce finance is highly desirable.

Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
