The Role
We’re looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Marketing Specialist who can do more than just write posts—you’ll own our LinkedIn strategy end-to-end. This is a creative + strategic role where you’ll be responsible for driving real business outcomes (audience growth, engagement, and inbound leads).
This role will start part-time (10–20 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Content & Copywriting: Craft scroll-stopping posts (3–5 per week), comments, and client communications that build authority and trust.
Audience Growth: Strategically engage with the right people through thoughtful comments, DMs, and community activity to grow our reach.
Graphic Design: Create clean, on-brand visuals for posts (carousels, infographics, banners, case studies, client wins).
Client Targeting: Research and help identify the right decision-makers (directors, VPs, C-Suite at $10M–$500M companies).
Marketing Strategy: Build a content calendar aligned with business goals; repurpose case studies, frameworks, and client wins into engaging posts.
Brand Voice: Refine and maintain a consistent, professional, and creative brand identity.
Analytics: Track post performance, test different formats, and double down on what works.
Creative Storytelling: Translate complex topics (data, analytics, AI, digital transformation) into relatable, actionable insights executives actually care about.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of growing audiences and generating leads on LinkedIn (show us examples).
Strong copywriting + storytelling chops.
Graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).
Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, growth tactics, and best practices.
Experience in B2B or professional services marketing.
Strong communication & client-facing skills (comfortable engaging with prospects in comments/DMs).
Creative, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset.
