At Caravea, we craft websites and digital experiences for the caravan and lifestyle industry — helping brands inspire adventure and connect with their audiences.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can do more than just wireframes — someone who can create beautiful interfaces, smooth user journeys, and eye-catching ad creatives. If you love designing experiences that convert — whether it’s a website or a Meta ad — and you’re comfortable using AI tools to supercharge your creativity, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Do**

Design clean, intuitive UI/UX for websites and digital projects.

Create Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive results.

Use AI tools to brainstorm, mock up, or enhance creative ideas and workflows.

Build design systems, components, and style guides for consistency.

Apply UX best practices to keep websites functional, accessible, and conversion-focused.

Collaborate with front-end developers to bring your designs to life.

Stay curious and experiment with new ideas, formats, and design trends.

** What We’re Looking For**

Proven experience in UI/UX design (agency, freelance, or in-house).

Strong skills in Figma (or similar tools).

A creative edge in graphic design and ad creatives (bonus if you’ve done Meta ads before).

Familiarity with AI tools for design/creative work and willingness to keep learning.

Understanding of responsive design and how it works in development.

Strong communication — you can explain design decisions clearly.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Stability + Perks:

Base salary: PHP50,000/month

13th-month pay

Internet & power allowance (PHP3,000/month)

Paid leave (15 days/year)
