bout the Role
We are seeking a Certified LinkedIn Advertising Expert to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in building, managing, and optimizing LinkedIn advertising campaigns that generate measurable ROI. You will be responsible for planning and executing advanced LinkedIn Ads strategies to drive qualified leads, brand visibility, and revenue growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage end-to-end LinkedIn ad campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms, and Dynamic Ads.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize campaign performance.
• Create compelling ad copy, messaging, and creatives aligned with client goals.
• Optimize campaigns daily/weekly for performance KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and third-party analytics tools.
• Stay current on LinkedIn Ads best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with account managers, content creators, and designers to ensure campaigns meet brand guidelines and goals.
• Provide strategic recommendations for scaling successful campaigns.
Required Qualifications
• LinkedIn Ads Certification (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and retargeting.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, analytics dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage monthly ad budgets of $500–$5,000+.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills for professional audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of other paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
• Experience in industries such as B2B SaaS, professional services, or finance.
Compensation
• Competitive hourly or project-based rates depending on experience.
• Must Communicate on Microsoft Teams within 7am-3pm Pacific Standard Time
