Compensation: $125–$250 USD/month for first 90 days; adjusted based on results (~$4.50/hr)
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Owner Relations Support (ORS) to join our team. This part-time, remote role requires customer service experience and in-depth CRM knowledge. The ORS will build systems that improve owner communications, streamline workflows, and support General Managers (GMs).
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain HubSpot pipelines and automations to support the full owner lifecycle.
- Create templates, SOPs, and reporting tools to help GMs deliver consistent owner communication.
- Track GM HubSpot usage and deliver compliance and performance reports.
- Support escalation handling and risk management through standardized workflows.
- Improve owner satisfaction and retention through excellent system design and backend support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven customer service or account management experience.
- Strong HubSpot or similar CRM knowledge (pipelines, workflows, reporting).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and document scalable systems and templates.
Bonus: experience in hospitality, property management, or vacation rentals.
Success in Your First 4 Months:
- Learn our systems and launch initial HubSpot workflows.
- Roll out proactive owner outreach automations.
- Deliver reporting dashboards tracking GM compliance.
- Build and finalize the ORS Handbook (SOPs, workflows, templates).
Other Details:
- Remote work with flexibility, but must be available during core business hours.
- Part-time role with potential to scale to full-time based on performance.
