Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our remote legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial and will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and file legal documents including complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
Manage case files, medical records, and correspondence
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and calendaring deadlines
Monitor case progress and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury law
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology
Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Paralegal certification preferred but not required
Must be comfortable working in a remote setup
