I’m a Holistic Coach, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, and Tarot Reader building a digital business that empowers people through spirituality and personal growth. I’m looking for a reliable, creative, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help me grow my online community and support the backend of my Kajabi/WordPress platforms.

Responsibilities

Social Media

Repurpose my videos, captions, and content into posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Schedule posts consistently using Metricool (or similar scheduler).

Engage with comments/messages and nurture early community members.

Research trending hashtags, audio, and engagement strategies in the spirituality/wellness niche.

Community Building

Support growth of my email list through freebies and landing pages.

Create, schedule, and monitor posts inside my online community or FB groups.

Send reminders, updates, and “last call” messages for classes, events, or challenges.

Kajabi & WordPress Support

Upload course modules, handouts, and videos into Kajabi.

Help set up landing and registration pages in WordPress (Elementor + WPForms).

Keep resources organized and formatted for a clean student experience.

Ideal Skills

Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, or similar).

Comfortable with Kajabi and WordPress (Elementor, WPForms) — or willing to learn quickly.

Canva design skills for creating branded posts, graphics, and PDFs.

Strong attention to detail, responsive communication, and a supportive, collaborative mindset.

Interest in spirituality, coaching, wellness, or holistic practices (a bonus!).
