We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in B2B SEO and lead generation. This role goes beyond executing SEO tactics—it’s about delivering measurable, strategic results that increase qualified traffic, local visibility, and high-quality leads.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong writing skills, advanced SEO knowledge, and hands-on experience using AI-powered SEO optimization to scale results. You must be able to demonstrate past success with data and case studies, particularly in driving lead generation for service-based B2B companies.

Responsibilities"
-Develop and execute a performance-driven SEO strategy to increase B2B leads and local search visibility.
-Conduct daily technical SEO audits and advanced fixes impacting site performance.
-Implement a content-driven SEO approach, targeting high-value keywords to generate qualified leads.
-Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility and engagement.
-Enhance site structure, page load speed, mobile usability, and schema markup.
-Leverage AI-powered SEO tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, Jasper, etc.) for content optimization, keyword research, and on-page improvements.
-Track and analyze key SEO metrics (traffic growth, keyword rankings, lead generation, conversion rates).
-Provide data-backed recommendations to improve website performance and rankings.
-Deliver a detailed SEO audit of
-Stay current with Google algorithm updates, local SEO trends, and AI SEO innovations.
Requirements:
-Proven success in SEO with measurable results—must provide case studies or data proving traffic growth, ranking improvements, and lead generation.
-B2B SEO expertise with service-based businesses (not eCommerce).
-Demonstrated success with AI-powered SEO optimization.
-Strong content writing and on-page SEO skills with a focus on lead generation.
-Experience with Google Business Manager, local SEO, and ranking factors.
-Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Search Console, Analytics, and Google Business Manager.
-Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS for on-site SEO changes.
-Excellent communication, reporting, and strategy skills.
Preferred Skills:
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experience.
Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT industry keywords (bonus, not required).
