Your primary assignment will be "spreadsheet cleanup". We have a number of Excel spreadsheets full of accounts/leads that need to be properly formatted, duplicates merged/removed, information found/added from the internet, and organized. We will provide specific instructions on how to do this and you will usually be working this assignment unless we task you with something more urgent.
Secondarily, we will be sending you various smaller administrative tasks from our business that should be done quickly and accurately to allow us to move forward with our work day.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. MUST read, write, speak strong English. This is important as all your work is English language based and we also must be able to communicate with you.
2. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, most of your work is in Excel. You will also use Google Apps like Drive, Sheets, and Docs which are very similar to Microsoft Excel, Word, Etc...
3. Must be VERY DETAIL ORIENTED. The spreadsheet work we give you is important and must be VERY accurate. You cannot be sloppy with the spreadsheets. Also any additional tasks must be completed accurately with very little error.
4. Steady work pace. Secondary to accuracy is speed. The spreadsheet work is A LOT and we need this to be completed fairly quickly so you must develop a workflow that allows you to be quick while always checking and correcting mistakes.
5. Availability. You must be available to complete various admin tasks for us as they arise. We can discuss your schedule, and if you are a great help to us there may be an opportunity for full-time position.
