Solar Appointment Setter (Work from home, Full-Time)

About Us:
We are a U.S.-based solar company helping homeowners save money by switching to clean energy. We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and coachable appointment setter to join our team and make outbound calls daily.

Position:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Work From Home

Calling homeowners in the U.S. (we provide lists + dialer)

Script provided — just follow and book appointments

Training included

Responsibilities:

Call leads using our dialer

Qualify homeowners based on simple criteria (roof type, credit, bill size)

Set appointments for our solar consultants

Track results and update CRM

Requirements:

Strong English speaking skills (neutral accent preferred)

Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or sales (solar experience is a plus but not required)

Quiet workspace + reliable internet

Willing to learn and follow proven script

Compensation:

Starting at $3.50–$4.00 per hour (USD)

Plus performance bonuses for every qualified appointment booked

Paid weekly via Wise or PayPal
